A epic country home to the worlds oldest dessert, and amazing open landscapes. When travelling through you are taken back by the desolation and vast open spaces. The German architecture is also something quite bizzare.

Kalagadi National Park

Situated in the top western corner of South Africa between Namibia and Botswana.This park is vast and is inhabited by huge numbers of Gemsbok{Oryx} and Springbok with typical Kalahari landscapes punctuated by massive Camel Thorn trees. Also home to large prides of Lion as well as Cheetah and Leopard.

This park is unique as it offers access to neighboring Botswana,with a number of private camps and the original three camps of Twee Rivieren, Nossob and Mata Mata all accommodation and camping needs are well taken care of.

An amazingly quiet place with great game viewing it serves as a perfect stop over on the way to the Okovango Delta.
